What Your Work Life Will Look Like A steady flow of referrals from an active waiting list Flexible scheduling with in-person and virtual options Administrative and billing support handled for you A thoughtfully designed, fully furnished office A collaborative and supportive small group practice Freedom to focus fully on clinical care What We Provide W2 employee position Competitive hourly compensation Flexible schedule tailored to your availability Reception support on site Professional headshots and business cards Paid Psychology Today profile Clinical supervision and training opportunities (including licensure hours if needed) No marketing, billing, or practice management responsibilities Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy Active Washington State license (LMHC, LMHCA, LMFT, LICSW, etc.) Interest in seeing approximately 15+ clients per week Availability for Thursday/Friday evenings, and Saturdays.
