Master Level Therapist Options Consulting PLLC is looking for you! We are a holistic medical and behavioral health clinic specializing in acute, post-acute, and post-surgical medical care and workers' compensation claim management. We are looking to add an additional therapist to provide mental health psychotherapy services to patients, including assessment and treatment. Provide behavioral health intervention services to injured workers according to the Department of Labor & Industries Master Level Therapist program. Flexible part-time/full-time/hybrid position providing in-person and telehealth sessions. Productivity-based salary.

Essential Responsibilities:

Work with patients to develop realistic and measurable treatment goals with clear outcomes. Document all contacts utilizing clear, concise written communications. Select appropriate interventions to match patient's needs.

Basic Qualifications:

Must have current master level licensure in the state of Washington as a licensed independent clinical social workers (LICSW), licensed marriage and family therapists (LMFT), or licensed mental health counselors (LMHC) who desires a flexible schedule with autonomy over their schedule and case volume. Spanish Speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply

Pay:

$3,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
