The Institute for Family Development (IFD) is an international leader in providing services that keep children safe, strengthen families, and reduce out of home placement. We provide a range of in-home counseling services, including the
HOMEBUILDERS
® model of Intensive Family Preservation Services, Functional Family Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and more. WHO WE WANT TO HIRE
We are looking for therapists / counselors with a commitment to making a difference in the lives of children, youth and families.
Our therapists:
Maintain small caseloads Work with families in their homes and communities Schedule client sessions at times that are most helpful to families.
WHAT WE OFFER

HOW TO JOIN OUR TEAM
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate or undergraduate degree in social work, psychology, human services or related field. Undergraduate candidates must have at least two years' experience working with children and families. Valid driver's license, a vehicle in good working condition, and automobile liability insurance that meets minimum agency requirements. Residence in Pierce County with periodic meetings in our Bremerton office. Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet client needs (including some evenings and weekends). Satisfactory completion of a criminal history background check. At least 21 years of age. Need More Information?
