We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community-Based Therapist to provide therapeutic services in a variety of community settings. This role will involve working with adults, children and adolescents who may be struggling with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and other emotional disorders. As a therapist, you will offer direct support through individual therapy, collaborate with families, schools, and community organizations, and advocate for the well-being of youth in need.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual therapy, using evidence-based treatment modalities. Work in schools, homes, and community centers, offering in-person or remote therapy sessions as needed. Assess mental health needs. Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment strategies. Provide crisis intervention and manage high-risk cases. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation. Advocate for resources and services that support the client's well-being. Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent). Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents, particularly in a community-based setting. Strong understanding of child development, mental health disorders, and trauma-informed care. Knowledge and experience with evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT, TF-CBT, and Play Therapy. Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and provide culturally sensitive care. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings.
