Job Description
Overview Nurtured Roots Counseling is seeking a compassionate, fully licensed mental health therapist to join our growing private practice in Brookfield, WI. We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about helping couples strengthen their relationships while also providing individual therapy to adolescents and adults. Qualifications Fully licensed in Wisconsin (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) Experience and confidence providing couples therapy for majority of caseload Training in evidence-based couples therapy approaches (e.g., Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, etc.) preferred Comfortable working with adolescents (14+) and adults Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to providing culturally responsive, affirming, and client-centered care
