Responsibilities:

Build and maintain a cooperative and professional working relationship with clinical team and families to ensure client progression Model and ensure respectful demeanor, professional boundaries, and compliance with agency policies and procedures Assess clients' current developmental functioning level using approved curricula Develop and implement individualized treatment plan and behavior support plan based on assessment with collaborative input of the licensed supervisor Design and implement approved programming with clients Coordinate the collection and analysis of data related to treatment programming and behavior plans Train, monitor and mentor behavior technicians assigned to your cases Evaluate behavior technicians' performance and provide feedback to ensure quality and consistency of treatment

Qualifications:

Must have a bachelor's degree (or higher) in a human services or related discipline Must have at least 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the use of behaviorally based therapy models consistent with best practices Must have a solid understanding of autism and behavioral principles Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and proof of insurance Must pass a caregiver background check Must be able to sit on floor, move around, lift and/or maneuver up to 50 lb child Must be able to swiftly and effectively respond to aggressive behaviors utilizing behavior management techniques Interested candidates should email for more information.
