Full-Time | Flexible Hours | Hybrid Work Opportunities Make a Meaningful Impact Are you passionate about helping families build stronger connections and supporting youth through life's challenges? Join Professional Services Group (PSG) - a trusted, community-based mental health organization dedicated to empowering individuals and families through dynamic, culturally responsive programming. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled In-Home Therapist to provide therapeutic support to youth and their families through the Intensive In-Home Services (IIHS) program. This role focuses on maintaining the placement of children in their homes, strengthening family relationships, and fostering long-term stability through intensive, family-centered therapy. Position Overview As an In-Home Therapist, you will:
  • Provide individual and family therapy within clients' homes and community settings
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress toward goals
  • Support youth and families in addressing mental health, family dynamics, parenting, and substance use challenges
  • Advocate for clients in crisis and coordinate care with service providers and community partners
  • Attend court hearings, team meetings, and staffing sessions as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation, billing, and progress summaries in alignment with program standards
  • Safely transport clients when necessary
Job Details Location:
Based in Kenosha, WI, with local travel required (mileage reimbursement provided)
Schedule:
Flexible, primarily daytime hours between 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; occasional evening hours may be required
Caseload:
7-9 clients on average
On-Call Rotation:
Participation in an after-hours rotation once trained Why Work with PSG

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy required
  • Eligible for state licensure or in the process of obtaining licensure ( LCSW, LPC, LMFT preferred)
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
