What Makes This Role Different Sustainable Caseload (Designed to Prevent Burnout)

Full-time:

Safety Collaboration Autonomy Respect What You'll Do Provide individual, family, children, and/or couples therapy Develop and implement treatment plans Maintain timely, accurate documentation Collaborate with clinicians and participate in consultation Support ethical, client-centered care What We're Looking For Active Wisconsin license ( LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD ) Comfortable with a range of populations (or open to expanding) Willingness to work at least one evening per week Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Alignment with trauma-informed, collaborative care Preferred (not required): Credentialed with insurance panels, Medicaid, or Medicare Schedule & Flexibility Flexible scheduling within:

PM Friday:
