Work Schedule:

100% FTE, days. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. You will work at 20 S. Park St in Madison, WI.

This position may be eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus. This position is part of the Collaborative Care workstream in Primary Care. We are seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to: Collaborate with other medical professionals in a fast-paced environment. Work as a team with the primary care staff and team psychiatrist helping deliver brief interventions for pediatric patients in Primary Care. Provide short, but intense follow-up. Use outcome-based models to track patient improvement.
