Now Hiring • Full-Time Licensed Therapist for a practice that grows together. We are a collaborative group practice with two locations in the Milwaukee area, dedicated to providing trauma-informed, evidence-based care to adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. This opening is for our Wauwatosa location . About Our Practice We are a collaborative group practice based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We have two locations dedicated to providing trauma-informed, evidence-based care to adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Clinical Approaches We Value Our team brings a range of specialized training to the table. We're looking for someone whose clinical toolkit includes any or a combination of EMDR, DBT, ACT, IFS, Brainspotting, Trauma-Informed Care, Attachment Based-Theory, or Somatic Therapy and who is eager to continue developing their skills alongside peers.

Intellectual Curiosity:
We're a team of readers, learners, and thinkers who love a good clinical conversation. What We're Looking For Active Wisconsin licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist (we love QTT's but currently we are not looking for clinicians in need of supervision). Training or certification in EMDR, somatic therapies, DBT, or ACT — at least one required, combinations welcomed. Experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, or complex presentations in adults Genuine enthusiasm for peer consultation and collaborative clinical culture Strong clinical writing and timely documentation habits Ability to maintain a minimum caseload (28 billable sessions per week) What We Offer W2 compensation structure, details discussed in interview Full administrative support: scheduling, billing, and insurance credentialing handled for you Regular peer clinical consultation CEU support and professional development opportunities Flexible scheduling Matching 401K Paid Time Off A warm, respectful workplace culture where your clinical voice is valued
