Licensed Mental Health Therapist — Part-Time or Full-Time Cornerstone Clinic | Rice Lake, WI | Flexible Schedule Cornerstone Clinic is growing our Rice Lake location and is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and fully licensed mental health therapist. This position may be structured as either part-time or full-time based on the selected candidate's preferences, availability, and professional goals . We recognize that excellent therapists have different scheduling needs. Whether you are looking to build a full-time caseload, maintain a smaller part-time practice, or create a schedule that better supports your personal and professional priorities, we are open to developing an arrangement that works well for both you and the clinic. Schedule and Location Part-time or full-time employment based on candidate preference Primarily based at our Rice Lake, Wisconsin clinic Hours and caseload expectations will be established collaboratively Flexible scheduling within the needs of the clinic and patient demand Opportunity to gradually build a caseload when appropriate Some telehealth services may be provided when clinically appropriate Some availability during high-demand appointment times is preferred Evening availability is welcomed but not required unless mutually agreed upon Applicants are encouraged to share their preferred number of hours, ideal weekly schedule, and desired caseload when applying.
