Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA. Collect and record data on an iPad on patient progress and behavior. Build rapport and establish a positive, therapeutic relationship with patients and their caregivers. Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to review and update behavior intervention plans. Ensure that all interventions are applied consistently with ethical and professional standards while maintaining confidentiality with all PHI. Contribute as a positive team member- supporting the creation and maintenance of an inclusive clinic culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field preferred for entry level BT roles. Psychology degree helpful. Experience as an RBT is great but NOT required. Available Monday- Friday from 7:45am
