About Us:

Learning Grove ABA is a family-owned early childhood clinic serving children ages 2-6 through play-based, compassionate ABA therapy. We are growing and looking for a caring, organized Case Manager (BTT) to support families and help coordinate services within our clinical team. This role is ideal for recent graduates in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Child Development, or related fields.

Position Summary:

The Case Manager works closely with families, BCBAs, and technicians to support communication, organize schedules, maintain documentation, and contribute to a positive and consistent experience for our clients. This position includes paid training and a clear advancement pathway.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday (8am-3pm) Center-based position

Compensation:

$24/hour with advancement to $52,000 salary after required experience PTO + paid holidays Paid training and internal career ladder

Responsibilities:

Support families throughout enrollment and ongoing services Assist with scheduling, communication, and coordination Help maintain data organization and simple documentation Participate in team meetings and collaborate with clinical staff Contribute to a supportive, family-centered environment

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Services, Social Work, Child Development, or related field Strong communication and organization skills Enjoy working with young children and supporting families Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience in early childhood or human services helpful but not required
