Evergreen's Behavior Intervention Specialists work with our clients in a classroom environment to provide direct care throughout the day. Many of the clients we serve experience severe symptoms of mental health and are in need of more intensive levels of care. Requirements:

Intervention Specialist must have the ability to verbally de-escalate youth who often experience acute symptoms of mental illness, complete verbal de-escalation and physical intervention training and show adequate skills in these areas. Behavior Intervention Specialists also must display strong communication skills, both verbally and written, and they must have the ability to work with a team.

Preferred:
