Behavioral Health Therapist Provider Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LGSW, LCSW, LICSW ) or Licensed Counselor ( LPC) Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Behavioral Health Therapist to join our behavioral health team. The provider will provide direct clinical services to individuals, families, and groups, supporting mental health, emotional wellness, and overall patient care coordination within an integrated healthcare setting. Position Schedule & Location:

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, Monday through Friday). The therapist will provide services at multiple locations, working three days per week at our Richwood office and two days per week at our Camden on Gauley (Main) office. Travel between locations is required. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy services Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans Collaborate with medical providers, behavioral health staff, and care teams to support integrated care Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record Support care coordination and referrals to community resources Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case reviews Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and organizational standards Experience with Substance Use Disorders (SUD) preferred but not required Qualifications Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure in the state of West Virginia (or eligibility for licensure) Master's degree in social work (MSW) or master's degree in counseling (M.A , M.S.) from an accredited program Experience in outpatient, community health, or integrated behavioral health preferred Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Pay:
