General Description - Are you passionate about helping others on their mental health journey? Join our dedicated team at William R. Sharpe Jr. Hospital, where you'll play a crucial role in providing therapeutic care to those in need.
What You'll Do:
Provide inpatient mental health services as part of a compassionate, multidisciplinary treatment team. Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and offer individual, group, and family therapy. Support patients in improving their daily lives by identifying areas for continued treatment and resources. Participate in staff meetings, treatment planning, and consultations to ensure seamless care delivery. Maintain accurate documentation in line with hospital policies.

What We're Looking For:
Strong clinical skills and a desire to work in an inpatient setting. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements:
This position may work rotating, evening shifts or weekends. Schedules are subject to change per operational needs for the hospital. Mandatory overtime may be required. This is a tobacco free campus. Applicants selected for employment must successfully complete a chemical urinalysis & breath analysis drug screening test. All employees shall be subject to drug testing for probable cause as set forth in agency and bureau policies. Applicants selected must successfully complete a background check. #
INDLP Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Education from an accredited college or university.
Experience:
One (1) year full-time or equivalent part-time working with the mentally ill. Volunteer experience may be considered for experience.
Substitution Information:
Additional education and experience may be substituted based on a year-for-year basis or as determined by the Office of Shared Administration Equivalency Chart.

$44,850.00 - $74,750.00 per year
