Childrens Coach

What you need is a desire to do a good job and a commitment to your shifts, which stay very consistent so you can plan around them easily. Tuesdays and Thursdays required with additional days available depending on experience.

Responsibilities include:

managing time being a positive role model inspiring gymnasts showing up for scheduled shifts arriving on time being reliable, responsible, and dedicated being positive, cheerful, supportive, and encouraging leading warmups and stretches for some of the classes teaching vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and/or floor exercise skills, drills, and conditioning improving gymnast technique, form, and routines being organized and proactive cleaning gymnastics equipment attending staff training working some events •We are looking for those who: are ages 18+ love to have fun inspire others are energetic and happy love to move and be busy love being here as much as we do love working with children are team members who value collaboration and teamwork affect positive and productive results are leaders!
