We are looking for a Gym Coach that lives on mission and wants to serve people through fitness . COACH Each Coach is crucial to our Gym Model. The Gym Coach is responsible for both the client and the gym's success. Each coach is on the frontlines changing lives.

OVERVIEW

: The main objectives to the coaching role are: Create lasting relationships Provide a clean, safe, (fun) environment Guide clients to become a better version of themselves, each and every day Hold clients accountable through personal support Grow client count and revenue Onboard and nurture clients with excellence Daily customer service responsibilities Executing promotions Facility cleanliness A Coach has the platform to become an influential fitness professional in their clients daily lives, goals and even families. A coach can never settle for the status quo in their care for their clients.

Gym Hours:

❖ Monday -

Friday:

40 hrs ❖

Saturday:

1-2x a month In addition to regular hours; ❖ Expected to attend and assist at all Gym Events, Challenges, Staff Meetings, and additional training or workshops. Hours may vary slightly from week to week based on current gym offerings or needs.

Pay:

From $40,000.00 per year
