Role:
As a Youth and Family Behavior Coach , you'll be a steady presence in the lives of children and families navigating challenges. You'll coach youth in real-life settings—at home, at school, in the community—guiding them toward their goals while supporting families, guiding them toward healthier behavior, better communication, and stronger relationships.
You Will:
Coach youth using positive behavior strategies Co-create behavior support plans based on team goals Use positive, trauma-informed approaches to address difficult behaviors Support parents with alternative tools and approaches Teach life and social skills in real-world settings Help families connect to resources and build support networks Collaborate with therapists, case managers, schools, and other providers Participate in CFT meetings, offer insight, and advocate for client progress Keep detailed documentation to track outcomes and celebrate wins Be mobile! Most coaching happens in the community and in homes (within 25 miles) Qualifications That Help You Shine We're open to a wide range of life paths and educational backgrounds, including: High school diploma + 2 years working with youth in behavioral health Associate's degree + 1 years experience Bachelor's degree Or a degree in psychology, family studies, human development, social work, or related field Experience as a behavior coach? Also Required:
Fingerprint clearance card Reliable transportation & valid driver's license Clean driving record (39-month) Current auto insurance First Aid/CPR certification Negative TB test Must be 21 or older When You'll Work We work with families when and where they need us most, that means afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Flexible availability is key, as many of our clients face barriers to traditional care. By meeting them where they are, we help reduce gaps in access and support families in real time, when it matters most. Pay:
$21.00 per hour
Benefits:
Professional development assistance Application Question(s): This job requires working in homes with children and families. Are you okay with this? Do you have a valid, active Fingerprint Clearance Card? Most of our families need services between 2pm-8pm Monday - Friday, or Weekends 9am-6pm. Do those times work for your schedule?
