This role is essential in delivering an elevated client experience while supporting individuals through their lymphatic drainage and wellness journey. At SCULP, we focus on results, education, and care. The Wellness Coordinator ensures every client feels supported, informed, and confident from their first visit through their ongoing transformation. Duties Coordinate and manage client wellness journeys, including lymphatic drainage, post-op care, and sculpting programs Educate clients on recovery, lymphatic health, inflammation reduction, hydration, and wellness lifestyle habits Conduct client check-ins, consultations, and follow-ups with a compassionate, results-driven approach Guide clients through SCULP offerings including memberships, bundles, and the Lymphatic Flow Club. (commission incentives) Assist with front desk operations including scheduling, intake, payments, and daily client flow and rebooking metrics. Maintain detailed client records, progress notes, and feedback to support results and retention Work closely with therapists and management to ensure seamless treatment coordination Deliver a luxury-level client experience focused on comfort, care, and consistency Requirements Experience in wellness, aesthetics, medical spa, hospitality, or healthcare preferred Strong communication and client service skills with a polished, friendly demeanor Ability to educate and confidently guide clients through wellness and recovery processes Hits goals and achieves them consistently Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Passion for wellness, aesthetics, and helping clients achieve real results Willingness to learn SCULP protocols and grow within the brand Join SCULP as a front desk Wellness Coordinator if you are passionate about client transformation, elevated service, and holistic wellness.
