He/She exhibits a take-charge, results-oriented approach to situations and goals,while thriving by seeing others achieve. The Productivity Coach is responsible for implementing the existing coaching program that increases the productivity of new and growing agents. They collaborate with the leadership team by using the Keller Williams models, systems and tools to recruit agents and increase the agent's sales and incomes. They use the models and systems of the Millionaire Real Estate Agent guidebook to direct associates to increase production. The Productivity Coach is also responsible for driving attendance and engagement in the Market Center's training programs. The Productivity Coach tracks his/her results, ready to celebrate successes and happily willing to implement actions necessary to achieve goals. The Productivity Coach also works closely with the Team Leader to create and implement productivity events and assists in developing the Market Center's training calendar.
