Who This Role Is Perfect For This role may be a great fit if you are: A newer graduate interested in pelvic health who wants mentorship, support, and hands-on learning opportunities A provider early in your pelvic health journey looking to build confidence treating pregnancy, postpartum, and pelvic health conditions An experienced pelvic health provider wanting flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work in a small, purpose-driven practice Someone who believes healthcare should feel more personal, supportive, and empowering Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, motivated provider to join Floora part-time with flexible scheduling options. Hours can grow over time based on your availability and practice growth. This role prioritizes quality care over volume. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships with patients, collaborate closely, and make a meaningful impact in women's lives every day. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one, 50+ minute treatment sessions Evaluate and treat pregnancy, postpartum, orthopedic, and pelvic health conditions Help patients achieve meaningful goals through individualized plans of care Educate patients on movement, strength, pressure management, and lifestyle strategies Participate in mentorship, case discussions, and continued learning opportunities Support community education efforts through workshops, events, and outreach opportunities Create an exceptional patient experience built on trust, connection, and education Help women feel stronger, more confident, and more supported in motherhood and beyond Qualifications Active California license as a PT, PTA, or OT Pelvic health experience preferred but not required Strong interest in pregnancy, postpartum care, and women's health Herman & Wallace coursework, ICE Pelvic, Core exercise solutions or equivalent coursework is a plus but not required Excellent communication and patient education skills Excited about relationship-centered, cash-based care Passionate about supporting women through every season of life What Floora Offers $55/hour starting pay Flexible scheduling with part-time hours (approximately 8-20 hours/week) Mentorship and support for clinicians new to pelvic health Ongoing collaboration and case review Opportunity to grow with an expanding practice Family-friendly culture that values balance and flexibility Meaningful work with patients who deeply value your care A workplace where relationships matter more than productivity metrics Schedule Flexible part-time hours Daytime availability preferred with optional evening and weekend hours In-person role located in Lincoln, CA Join Floora At Floora, we're building more than a clinic.
