Job Summary Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) are research-based systems approaches for supporting the behavioral and emotional needs of all students. The Health and Wellness TOSA is responsible for guiding the implementation, training, and progress monitoring of the district's implementation of guaranteed and viable social, emotional and behavioral curriculum. This includes the integration of evidenced-based SEL curricula and the facilitation of Community Circles and Restorative Practices. The coach will support building district-level initiatives to ensure fidelity, provide professional development, and collaborate with staff to increase student achievement through improved school climate and safety.
