Job Description

Love kids of all ages? AVAC is looking for a fun, passionate, dedicated, and at times goofy team to lead our fastest growing program: Jr.

FIT. Jr.

FIT Coaches lead games, activities, drills, songs, and more for classes of walking -middle schoolers in a variety of active endeavors. Coaches represent the AVAC brand and level of service in early childhood instruction, child development, and customer services.
Compensation:
$18.50-$25 NinjaZone, Date Nights, School Break Camps. Opportunities for additional compensation for experienced youth program creators who bring their ideas to AVAC.
Minimum Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesLOVES children. Loves watching them learn, play, talk, sing, and get excited. Welcomes the challenge when they cry, fall down, pout, talk back, and struggle with their learning.

Is always on stage. For children and parents alike, a Jr.

FIT Coach is calm, collected, friendly, playful, and professional.

Exhibits extreme patienceUnderstands the basics of abilities of various age groups. Knows when to be hands-on and when to step back and coach.

Is comfortable talking to a child at eye level with age relevant conversation.

Understands basic class management skills including lesson planning, openers/cool-downs, group work, patterning, repetition, discipline, and safety.
