HIIT/HYROX
Coach for early morning classes, 5am and 6am
PRIMARY POSITION OBJECTIVES
  • Lead class workouts, including instructing, correcting form, scaling movements based on experience level and/injuries.
  • Assist with programming class workouts
  • Being positive and encouraging
  • Customer service duties (i.e., greeting customers, assisting members with paperwork, etc.)
  • Basic social media updating as assigned
  • Assist members with start-up
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Effective presentation and listening skills
HOURS NEEDED
  • 3 days per week mornings
  • Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday (7:00-8:00am).
