late summer 2026 Renew Wellness Co. is a modern, integrative wellness practice led by a Functional Medicine Physical Therapist. We are seeking an experienced, confident, and compassionate Health Coach to join our collaborative team. You will support clients in implementing personalized care plans, facilitate lifestyle changes, and provide the consistency and accountability that drives real transformation. You will work closely with our practitioners to enhance client outcomes and help scale our signature programs. This is a full-time W-2 position for someone who thrives in an intentional, high-touch environment and is looking to grow within a brand that deeply values whole-person care. There will be a 90-day onboarding period, including training and building of patient caseload -- supporting a Functional Medicine Provider. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 coaching sessions (in person and virtual) Support client implementation of treatment plans through nutrition, movement, mindset, and behavior change strategies Communicate progress with the clinical team and document outcomes in EMR Engage clients through secure messaging between sessions for ongoing support Help develop and refine our coaching processes as we grow Ideal Candidate Board Certified Health Coach (NBC-HWC, ICF, or equivalent) Certified by Functional Medicine Coaching Academy (FMCA), Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), Nutrition Therapy Practitioner (NTP), Kresser ADAPT Health Coach or similar preferred 1-3+ years in functional or integrative wellness setting Confident working independently and collaboratively with clinical teams Passionate about long-term client transformation and sustainable change Open to following our signature coaching framework while bringing your unique voice and presence to the work Skilled at holding space, guiding change, and communicating clearly Perks & Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance, PTO, and CEU allowance Opportunity for growth within a mission-driven team Nervous-system friendly workplace—we practice what we teach How to Apply Please complete both steps below: Email your resume to bri@renewwellnesscompany.com with a quick email introduction Send a 2-3 minute selfie video introducing yourself and sharing: Why you're interested in this role What you bring to the position Why you'd be a great fit for our clinic and team (The video can be casual — we're excited to get a feel for who you are.)
