What You'll Do As a Professional Learning Consultant, you'll deliver transformative professional learning experiences for district partners, driving instructional excellence and student success.
In this role you will:
Partner with educational leaders to create and deliver impactful learning aligned to Edmentum's products and goals Facilitate engaging, data-driven training for administrators, coaches, and teachers Coach and support educators to elevate instructional practices using Edmentum data Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring successful product implementation and outcomes Collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless customer experience Manage multiple projects with clarity and precision Continuously adapt learning plans to meet evolving district needs Who You Are You have a Master's degree in Education (preferred) You bring 5+ years of consulting or edtech implementation experience You have experience in K-12 leadership roles You are a skilled facilitator and relationship-builder You have strong analytic and problem-solving skills You communicate persuasively and effectively You listen strategically and ask insightful questions You identify and advocate for partner needs You are knowledgeable about educational trends and requirements You analyze data to drive decisions You are proficient with web conferencing tools You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs

Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets.
