$48.00 - $50.00 How you'll make an impact in this role: Serve as a strategic bridge between referral sources and inpatient operations, fostering strong relationships with physicians and payors to drive patient admission volume. Conduct expert clinical assessments and on-site evaluations to ensure appropriate patient selection in collaboration with the medical team. Design and deliver impactful educational programs and in-services for healthcare professionals to enhance community awareness and referral quality. Act as a dedicated clinical resource for patients and families, providing essential guidance and support throughout the rehabilitation transition. Partner in the development of business plans and promotional strategies to elevate the unit's market presence and operational growth. Registration:
One or more of the following required: Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the Florida Board of Physical Therapy Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Rehab Therapist specializing in Occupational Therapy (OTR) credentialed from the Florida Board of Occupational Therapy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Drivers License preferred.
Education:
