Key Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with patients on a daily basis, providing guidance, accountability, and encouragement Ensure smooth daily operations by maintaining organized systems and efficient workflows Manage inventory and support clinic operations Educate patients on and promote products and services that support their wellness goals Stay current on nutrition trends and continuously expand your knowledge Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment Follow up with patients between visits to provide ongoing support and motivation Create and engage with content on social media to connect with current and prospective clients Participate in local community outreach and marketing initiatives Become trained and certified in basic clinical support tasks, including blood draws and injections Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, but not required Experience in health, wellness, fitness, or a related field is a plus Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Sales experience is beneficial A warm, positive, and approachable personality Personal or professional experience with weight loss is highly valued What We're Looking For We value passion, initiative, and a genuine desire to help others above all else.
