This position requires a Level II Background check and drug screen. This position is grant funded. Provide direct lactation consultation and develop individualized care plans for patients. Address breastfeeding challenges including latch issues, milk supply, and infant feeding. Educate patients on pumping, milk storage, and return-to-work planning. Serve as a resource for OB/GYN faculty, residents, and staff on lactation best practices. Document care in the electronic health record and participate in departmental initiatives. Communication Minimum Qualifications:

RN, APP, or other healthcare background. Experience in maternal-infant care or women's health Strong teaching, communication, and collaborative skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
