The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining the overall presentation of the store. This is a position perfect for supplementing an additional job and is flexible around personal trainers, military, students, and first responders' schedules. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers. Maintain stock levels by organizing and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor. Communicate effectively with customers over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment that reflects our brand standards. Participate in social media output (i.e., filming Reels for Instagram, taking pictures with product, etc.) Qualifications Knowledgeable and has prior experience in fitness, supplementation, and nutrition. Prior experience in supplement retail sales. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with cash register operations. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory calculations. Ability to perform product demos effectively, engaging customers in the process. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent service are essential for success in this role. Shifts Open on weekdays (Monday-Thursday) from 10AM-8 PM and Friday and Saturday from 10AM-7PM! We are seeking someone with flexible weekday and weekend availability!
