Qualifications BLS Certification Full Job Description Work Schedule:

Required Work Experience Licenses & Certifications Current Registered Nurse licensure from the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation or Registered by the Commission of Dietetic Registration the credentialing agency for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetic and currently licensed in the State of Illinois. Required BLS certification. Required Certification as a diabetes educator with experience in education preferred. If not currently certified, will obtain Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) certification after accumulating the required 1000 contact hours to sit for the exam.
