Help Us Change the Way Healthcare Is Delivered At Elivate Wellness, we believe prevention is the cure. Our mission is to help patients optimize their health through evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and personalized care—not simply treat disease after it develops. We're looking for a compassionate, motivated Clinical Nutritionist & Lifestyle Coach who is passionate about helping people make lasting lifestyle changes. This role is much more than creating meal plans—you'll become a trusted coach, educator, and accountability partner while working alongside our medical providers to help patients achieve their health goals.
Responsibilities:
Build meaningful relationships with patients while providing nutrition and lifestyle coaching. Interpret InBody body composition analyses and educate patients on their progress. Collaborate with providers to reinforce treatment plans and improve patient outcomes. Help patients overcome barriers through education, accountability, and encouragement. Educate patients on nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and healthy lifestyle habits. Participate in community outreach, wellness events, and educational programs. Help develop new wellness initiatives and continually elevate the patient experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Wellness, Public Health, or a related field. Passion for nutrition, prevention, and lifestyle medicine. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn. Experience with nutrition coaching, wellness, weight management, or functional/integrative medicine is preferred. InBody experience is a plus.
Pay:
$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
