About the
Role:
Culmen International is seeking an Implementation Science SME to support our work with the Defense Health Agency in Silver Spring, MD. What You'll Do in
Your New Role:
The Implementation Science SME provides expert guidance on translating evidence-based psychological health research into clinical practice, policy, and operational programs. The SME supports implementation planning, evaluation, dissemination, and sustainment activities. Develop implementation frameworks and strategies. Support translation of research findings into clinical practice. Identify barriers and facilitators to adoption of evidence-based practices. Design implementation and dissemination plans. Conduct implementation evaluations. Advise stakeholders on best practices for scaling interventions. Support development of clinical support tools and training materials. Implementation plans Dissemination strategies Evaluation frameworks Clinical support tools Research translation products Best-practice recommendations
Required Qualifications:
Doctoral or Master's degree in Implementation Science, Public Health, Psychology, Health Services Research, or related field. Demonstrated experience implementing evidence-based healthcare interventions. Experience within military, VA, or federal healthcare settings preferred.
