Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a field related to the requirements of the role is required. Community Health Worker certification required or ability to obtain certification within the timeframe established by the program. 2 or more years' experience leading health-related programs, grants, contracts, and/or projects is required; experience working with youth and leading programs is strongly preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across clinical, program, school, and community settings. Ability to engage young people and families in a respectful, judgment-free, culturally responsive, and strengths-based manner. Working Conditions/Special Conditions This position works across clinical, community, school, and other public-facing environments and may require regular local travel and evening or weekend activities based on program and community needs. The position may operate in a patient-care environment with exposure to body fluids, infectious disease, and potentially hazardous chemicals. Employees are expected to comply with Corner Health Center safety, infection-control, confidentiality, and workplace policies.Please note:
