Immediately Job Description $25.46 per hour This part-time position offers a flexible schedule of 27 hours per week, depending on departmental needs, allowing the selected candidate to choose the option that best fits their availability. Certified and/or bachelor's degree in early childhood, social work, psychology, counseling or a related field. Demonstrated ability in workng with young children and their parents/caregivers. This position supports the mission of the Rockwood School District by delivering the Parents As Teachers program services. This includes home visits, providing and connecting families with resources, facilitating group connections, and assessing the development of young children. This position must plan and effectively implement the PAT curriculum in accordance with state guidelines and the department's philosophy of education of young children and program goals/objectives. Parent educator must be able to work variable hours including some nights and weekends. This institution is an equal opportunity provider.
