Parents As Teachers (PAT) Educator

Join our team and help us Educate for Excellence! Gasconade County R-1 School District is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Parents As Teachers (PAT) Educator . This position supports families from prenatal through kindergarten entry, helping ensure children are healthy, safe, and ready to succeed in school. We are looking for a candidate who: Builds strong, trusting relationships with families Provides engaging, research-based parent education Demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills Supports early childhood development and school readiness Collaborates effectively with community resources and district staff Maintains professionalism and confidentiality

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field is preferred/required in alignment with Missouri PAT guidelines.
