Job Description

Direct Care Recovery Coach The Recovery Coach supports residents' recovery by building authentic, professional relationships and helping to restore a sense of engagement, productivity, and contribution. This role models and promotes community values and a recovery orientation while providing support to residents throughout the day as they engage in clinical programming.
Location:
Asheville, NC Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
Pay:
Starting at $17.50 per hour and increases based on experience

PTO/Sick Time accrual from first date Medical/Dental/Vision benefits Company funded life insurance Retirement plan & company match Free Meals on shift Responsibilities Serves as primary welcoming support for new residents and one on one support throughout their time with CooperRiis Serves as an ambassador and provides tours as needed Provides relationship-oriented coaching and support to residents Provides support to the clinical team in management of crisis situations and supporting residents in need Responsible for documenting daily observations and supporting residents at various risk levels Provides safe transportation for residents for off-site appointments Participates in the team meetings and community activities Fulfills duties from various roles to fill gaps Qualifications At least 2 years' experience in a community setting or mental health support setting Candidates need to be at least 21 years old with an acceptable driving record to be on CooperRiis driver insurance CooperRiis is an equal opportunity employer.
