  • 5 PM DexaFit North Jersey is a cutting-edge health and wellness testing organization looking to improve client lives.
Our office is seeking a passionate and dedicated Wellness Coordinator with a passion for fitness, health, and wellness to join and grow with our team. The role is pivotal in managing the daily activities of DexaFit North Jersey, encompassing various tasks such as handling CRM software, scheduling, responding to client inquiries via email or phone, and further duties as assigned. Additionally, the Wellness Coordinator will be involved in performing and interpreting various health tests and scans, educating clients, engaging in community outreach, and creating content for social media. The ideal candidate should embody a positive, approachable, and client-focused demeanor.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct various health and wellness tests: VO2 Max, RMR testing, and 3D body scanning. Prior experience is not essential. Comprehensive training will be provided for all equipment
  • Offer insights and information on health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition to clients based on their testing outcomes
  • Respond to phone calls and emails, manage appointment schedules, and assist walk-in clients
  • Further duties as assigned You'll Need to
Have:
  • An interest in fitness, health, and wellness
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow protocols and maintain accurate records Even Better if
You Have:
  • Knowledge in Nutrition or Exercise
  • Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, healthcare professionals, and colleagues
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing situations

Compensation:
$19
  • 23 per hour, depending on experience, plus bonus/incentive opportunities. This range is not fixed
  • final compensation will be commensurate with experience.
