Job Description
Job Overview Applied Fitness is a private wellness brand serving adults over 40 in Western New York — combining customized fitness coaching with physician-guided medical weight loss (Wellness Collective). We are hiring a General Manager to run day-to-day operations, lead our team, and drive growth across both divisions. This role reports directly to the founder and requires fitness industry leadership experience, AI tool proficiency, and genuine interest in learning the medical weight loss space. Responsibilities Lead daily operations across Applied Fitness and Wellness Collective Hire, develop, and retain coaches, practitioners, and operational staff Drive revenue growth across coaching programs and medical weight loss offerings Oversee AI tool integration in marketing automation, fulfillment, and client communications Own client experience, retention metrics, and brand cultureReview P&L, track KPIs, and execute quarterly plans developed with the founder Build referral relationships with physicians, practitioners, and wellness providers
