Health & Wellness Coach

You must demonstrate a personal commitment to health and well-being and model a healthy lifestyle. Main job duties and requirements include : Consulting with clients 1-on-1 to determine if one of our programs would be right for them. Facilitate client coaching sessions, to help clients celebrate successes, overcome challenges, and plan for staying on track to meet goals. Support office duties (i.e., answering phones, scheduling, taking payments)

Skills & Qualifications :

High energy and focus on customer service, empathetic, attentive to detail, collaborator, critical thinking skills, organization skills, able to multi-task and work independently. College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Salary :

Pay is hourly plus benefits: $18.00 to $20.00 to start with an increase after 3 months of employment ($35,000 to $41,600 per year)

Benefits :

Paid Time Off, 401K with match, health insurance, no weekends Schedule (35 to 40 hours/week): Must be able to start work as early as 7 am and stay as late as 7 pm Mondays through Thursdays and work Fridays 9 am to 2 pm.
