Stretch Practitioner About Stretch Zone Stretch Zone is the nation's leader in practitioner-assisted stretching, helping clients improve mobility, flexibility, recovery, and overall quality of life through a proven, science-backed methodology. Unlike traditional fitness or therapy settings, Stretch Zone provides personalized one-on-one stretching sessions designed to help clients move better, feel better, and live better. Our team members work directly with clients of all ages and activity levels, including athletes, active adults, golfers, runners, fitness enthusiasts, and individuals seeking relief from everyday stiffness and limited mobility. Paid specialized training and certification Flexible scheduling Competitive hourly pay plus bonus opportunities Hands-on experience in health and wellness Professional development and leadership opportunities Positive and supportive team culture Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients' lives every day What You'll Do As a Stretch Practitioner, you will: Deliver one-on-one practitioner-assisted stretching sessions Build strong relationships with clients and create exceptional experiences Educate clients on the benefits of stretching and mobility training Assist clients in achieving their mobility, recovery, and wellness goals Maintain accurate client notes and session documentation Support studio operations and cleanliness Participate in ongoing training and development Help promote Stretch Zone services and membership programs Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Passionate about health, wellness, fitness, or human performance Comfortable working one-on-one with clients Friendly, outgoing, and professional Coachable and eager to learn Reliable and accountable Comfortable standing and being active throughout the workday Interested in building a career in wellness, fitness, healthcare, or human performance Preferred Backgrounds We strongly encourage applications from students and graduates pursuing: Kinesiology Exercise Science Athletic Training Sports Medicine Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy Health Sciences Nursing Personal Training Massage Therapy Chiropractic Studies Biology Pre-Medical Studies Previous experience in customer service, fitness, coaching, healthcare, athletics, or wellness is a plus but not required. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn and apply Stretch Zone's proprietary methodology Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist clients throughout scheduled shifts Availability to work evenings and/or weekends preferred What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?
