STAR Tactics Survival EMT Instructor OKC Position 1 D2 Government Solutions - 2.7 Oklahoma City, OK Job Details Full-time 19 hours ago Qualifications Student supervision Coaching English Instructor-led training (training delivery method) Productivity software Classroom Teaching Adult education Constructive feedback for students Full Job Description D2 Government Solutions is seeking a full time qualified candidate for STAR Tactics/Survival/EMT Instructor at our National Air Training Center / OpSTAR Support Services location in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Responsibilities Deliver advanced law-enforcement tactics, survival, and emergency medical training in classroom, field, and scenario-based environments. Teach tactical decision-making, situational awareness, defensive preparedness, and practical skills relevant to CBP/AMO missions. Lead or support firearms, active-threat, wilderness, maritime/water survival, CPR, trauma-response, and related emergency-response training. Develop, revise, and maintain lesson plans, training aids, scenarios, practical exercises, study guides, and exams with Government program managers and SMEs. Conduct hands-on training exercises while maintaining student, role-player, and instructor safety. Evaluate student performance, provide individual and group feedback, and support remediation when needed. Maintain training equipment, training inventory, certifications, and current knowledge of tactical, medical, and survival best practices. Qualifications At least 2 years of relevant experience in advanced tactical law-enforcement instruction. Experience or certification in one or more of the following: emergency medical training, EMT/paramedic, firearms instruction, tactical operations, survival training, active-threat response, or related law-enforcement training. Ability to conduct classroom and field instruction in realistic training environments. Strong safety discipline, communication skills, and ability to evaluate and coach adult learners. Ability to maintain required certifications and work at the assigned CBP/AMO duty location.
