Job Description

Job Summary At Rogue Spine Center, we specialize in Chiropractic BioPhysics .Think of it like braces, but for your spine. We have helped nearly 1,000 Portland-area patients eliminate chronic pain, correct scoliosis, fix tech neck, and reclaim their long-term health . We are looking for a hands-on, energetic Spinal Rehabilitation Assistant to join our clinical team. This is NOT a desk job. You will be on your feet most of the day, working directly with patients to set up and monitor spinal traction therapy, guide corrective exercises, and support the kind of structural work that actually changes lives. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Set up and monitor spinal traction therapy for each patient according to their individualized care plan Guide patients through corrective exercises designed to support spinal remodeling Teach patients how to use home care orthotics Educate patients on their care plan, home protocols, and what to expect throughout treatment Assist Dr. Diane and Dr. Grant with patient flow and clinical preparation Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress notes Keep the clinical space clean, organized, and welcoming Help patients feel supported, motivated, and celebrated throughout their corrective care journey
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate brings physical energy, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for health and wellness every single day. Are physically fit and comfortable on your feet for 5+ hours a day Can safely lift 20-30 lbs as needed throughout the shift Communicate clearly and warmly with patients of all backgrounds Are detail-oriented and consistent when following clinical protocols Take direction well and are eager to master a specialized skill set Are genuinely passionate about health, wellness, and helping people get better
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Ability to lift 20-30 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the full shift Strong communication skills Reliable, punctual, and professional in a clinical setting Preferred (we will train the right person): Chiropractic Assistant (CA) certification Experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, or clinical setting Background in fitness, personal training, or a health-adjacent field

COMPENSATION
Training rate: $18/hr Ongoing rate upon completion of training: $20-$25/hr based on experience and certifications What to do next:
