- must be accredited or certified as health coach by NBHWC
- 3+ years work experience as a health coach at an independent practice
- must have experience in data entry/data management using external practice management platform such as Healthie or Practice Better
- must have experience in invoicing and billing for their services
- bachelors degree required in healthcare, social work, nutrition, psychology or related degree
- hourly pay will be commensurate with specific and related experience and training (nurse, social worker, dietitian)
- bonus: past experience in working at a doctor's office providing coaching service
- bonus: past experience in working with underserved populations
- must be experienced using video conference/virtual education of patients
- good communication and organization skills
