  • must be accredited or certified as health coach by NBHWC
  • 3+ years work experience as a health coach at an independent practice
  • must have experience in data entry/data management using external practice management platform such as Healthie or Practice Better
  • must have experience in invoicing and billing for their services
  • bachelors degree required in healthcare, social work, nutrition, psychology or related degree
  • hourly pay will be commensurate with specific and related experience and training (nurse, social worker, dietitian)
  • bonus: past experience in working at a doctor's office providing coaching service
  • bonus: past experience in working with underserved populations
  • must be experienced using video conference/virtual education of patients
  • good communication and organization skills
  • highly flexible and open to feedback and adapting to changes Job Description You will work with our software application to support our programs participants in the Philadelphia metro and suburban locations.
