Responsibilities:

Welcome and guide members through their personalized sessions Educate members on the benefits of skeletal strength conditioning Adapt to various business systems and processes. Build trusted relationships and provide exceptional member support Encourage consistency and celebrate progress Help and create a warm, professional, and uplifting studio atmosphere Utilize CRM and AI tools to enhance client experience. Light cleaning

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility in adapting to different business systems. Preferred knowledge of but not required CRM, AI, and business software. Commitment to valuing customers and team members. Appreciation for functional medicine and a genuine passions for health and wellness Background in customer service, coaching, wellness, healthcare, education, sales, or community engagement is a plus Training provided-no prior OsteoStrong experience required

Position Type:
