Job Description
Responsibilities By successfully understanding EPIC and other applications for Norton Healthcare and customer service workflows, the Educator, Customer Service will conduct end user training classes for Customer Service Representatives, with a focus on mentorship for new hires. The Educator will also maintain classroom materials. The ideal Educator will have high energy, positivity and a passion for education, but also possess the ability to adapt to challenging classroom situations and diverse personalities. The Educator will assist the customer service management team in creating, updating and evaluating course materials. This may include printed material and various electronic delivery methods. The Educator may be required to cross train in other areas of the revenue cycle based on need. The Educator will assist the customer service management team in maintaining class offerings and student records. Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office required. Experience with EPIC a plus.

Qualifications Required:
Five years combined experience in patient accounting, customer service, financial or insurance environment.
