Contract-to-Hire Hiring Immediately Join a growing healthcare company dedicated to improving patients' lives through better sleep. As a Sleep Apnea Coach, you'll educate, encourage, and support patients throughout their sleep therapy journey while helping them achieve successful treatment outcomes. Paid training is provided. Responsibilities Coach and educate patients on sleep apnea therapy and CPAP equipment. Provide support by phone, email, and other communication platforms. Monitor patient progress using cloud-based systems. Document patient interactions accurately. Collaborate with the care team to ensure a positive patient experience. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Strong customer service and computer skills. Excellent communication and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Healthcare, coaching, call center, or CPAP experience is preferred but not required.
