Position Summary is seeking a compassionate and results-oriented Wellness Coach to support individuals and organizations in improving personal well-being, resilience, and workplace performance. Working with clients and consulting teams, the Wellness Coach delivers coaching, education, and wellness initiatives that promote healthy habits, stress management, work-life balance, and overall employee well-being. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one and group wellness coaching. Develop personalized wellness action plans based on client goals. Facilitate workshops on stress management, resilience, mindfulness, healthy habits, and work-life balance. Support employee well-being initiatives and organizational wellness programs. Collaborate with consultants to integrate wellness into leadership and employee engagement strategies. Track client progress and maintain confidential coaching records. Recommend wellness resources and best practices. Contribute to educational content, webinars, and client presentations. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Wellness, Psychology, Exercise Science, Counseling, or a related field. 2+ years of coaching, wellness, or health promotion experience. Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and build trusted relationships. Knowledge of behavior change, stress management, and wellness practices. Preferred Wellness coaching certification or related credential. Experience in corporate wellness, leadership development, or employee well-being programs. Familiarity with workplace assessments and organizational development. Why Join ?
