Job Overview Join a Growing Infant Feeding & Tongue-Tie Team We are a progressive pediatric dental practice seeking an experienced International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) to join our interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive infant feeding assessments Provide breastfeeding and bottle-feeding support Evaluate latch, milk transfer, and oral function Collaborate with pediatric dentists regarding tongue-tie and lip-tie cases Provide pre- and post-frenectomy support and education Develop individualized feeding plans for infants and families Communicate effectively with pediatricians, therapists, and other healthcare providers Maintain accurate clinical documentation Requirements International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) Strong communication and patient education skills Passion for helping infants and families succeed with feeding
